Credit Repair

Is it possible to remove foreclosures, short sales, late payments, even bankruptcies from your credit report even if they are accurate?

Yes.  Our attorney providers removed 1,297,226 negative items from credit reports in 2010.

According to the FCRA, negative items have to accurate as well as verifiable. During the reporting process, many creditors including lenders often miss a step in the process of reporting a negative item which, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, is a sufficient reason to justify removal of that particular negative item.

I am proud to have finally found the solution to getting people back on their feet quicker than they believed possible.  See if you qualify for credit deletion today and truly experience a second chance!

    Hi,
I had a short sale at the end of 2009, a little over a year ago.
My mortgage went from $3300 to $6000 a month it was a duplex and citimortgage was not willing to work with me and Icould not pay the mortgage (does it matter who the mortgage holder was)? The tenents moved and the place was left vacant.
It did sell quickly 3 to 4 months but I do have those late pays on my TRW.
I did not know they would be they would be reported as lates leading up to the short sale. Can you get those off and how soon would it be?
    Thanks, Stan

    • Stan,

Although I cannot 100% guarantee your late payment removal due to the lack of knowing the specifics of your circumstances, it is absolutely possible for you to get your late payments taken off of your TRW.
I highly suggest you call and tell them the specifics of your situation and find out if it is possible and how long it will take to get those items removed.
Last year, lexingtonlaw was able to get over 248,000 late payments removed from credit reports. So chances are good!

Hope this helps and good luck friend
