Legal Counsel
If you are in pre-foreclosure, do not be fooled into paying a foreclosure attorney $300 an hour to have a conversation about your property. That type of money should be spent on actual attorney representation in the event of a lawsuit or court case, but not for basic, legal counsel.
With LegalShield, you can have unlimited consultation with licensed attorneys who specializes in Washington Foreclosure Law for $17 a month. Thus, I highly recommend enrolling in this service if you desire to obtain legal counsel regarding foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.
To get started, Watch the Legal Shield Movie here. Input your information below and enroll.

Hi Kevin,
As a follow up to this post I wanted to share with you my first hand story about being ripped off by a company called Federal Trustee Services. Please read my story and if possible post it on your blog to help prevent others from making the same mistake I did by paying this company. http://www.scribd.com/doc/48387189/Federal-Trustee-Services-Review-of-Alleged-Foreclosure-Rip-Off-Company
I’ve filed a complaint with the Attorney General and hope that others do as well. I’ve noticed a few people on Zillow Q&A that have also been ripped off by them.
Sorry I posted this on the wrong page, moving it to the correct post:
